Savage, Alexander – It is with profound sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Alex Savage at Alexandra Marine and General Hospital on Saturday, April 8th, 2023.

Predeceased by his wife, Freda Savage and his granddaughter, Lauren Duesbury. Beloved father of Larry Savage (Lori), Patti Koch (Wayne), Rob Savage, Cheryl Buckham and Harold Duesbury (Linda). Loving grandfather to Ben Koch, Matthias Savage, Jeff Savage, Jonathon Buckham (Dawn), Adam Buckham and Tara Duesbury (Keith). Dearly loved by great grandchildren Madilyn Savage, Sebastian and Isabella Buckham and Sullivan and Maxwell Kennedy.

A special thank you to the caring doctors and nurses at the Clinton Public and Alexandra Marine and General Hospitals. In accordance with Alex’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
